Alessio Menconi guitar Born 1970, he has won the Eddie Lang prize in 1993 as the best Italian jazz guitarist. He has toured and recorded with Dado Moroni and Adrienne West in 94-97, worked with Billy Cobham (95-96 and occasionally at present ) and been a member of the internationally acclaimed Paolo Conte band, and has toured Europe , Canada, and the USA with them. Other artists he has collaborated and recorded with are Flavio Boltro, Tullio De Piscopo, Cheryl Porter, Faso & Christian Meyer, Franco Ambrosetti, Danny Gottlieb, Albert "Tootie" Heath, Red Holloway, Jack Mc Duff, Gary Bartz, Bob Mover, Gary Husband, George Robert, Daniel Humair, Carl Anderson, Sangoma Everett, Pierre Boussaguet, Bobby Durham, Johannes Faber. He released his first jazz CD "Argot" in 1999.

Pippo Matino bass Born in Naples 1965, he has worked, toured and recorded with pop stars Giorgia, Renato Zero, Amedeo Minghi, Alex Britti, Irene Grandi, Richie Havens, and with jazz artists Joy Garrison, Tony Scott, Stefano Di Battista, Paco Sery, Bireli Lagrene, Roberto Gatto, Walter Calloni, Cristian Meyer, Gigi Cifarelli, Billy Cobham, Antonio Faraò, Eric Legnini, Maurizio Gianmarco, Massimo Urbani, Danilo Rea, Horazio "El Negro" Hernandez.

He released a solo CD in '93 called "Bassa Tensione", with Mike Stern as special guest, and recently put out an instructional video called "Chords & Fills". Pippo is the director of the Electric Bass faculty at the University of Music in Rome.


Andrea Marchesini drums Born in Alassio in 1960, he studied at Drummer's Collective in New York and recorded a solo CD ("Back To Europe") with the collaboration of Mike Stern and Hiram Bullock. He has worked with producer Matt Balitsaris and percussionist Billy Martin, and backed world-class pianist Antonio Faraò. He toured India in 2003 with Shawn Lane, Jonas Hellborg, and V. Selvaganesh, which included Congo Square's amazing inaugural concert at Nazrul Manch
